Course Overview

This course provides students with the skills needed to effectively use and manage the HP ServiceCenter 6.x Software product. This administrator level course focuses on understanding the Change Management application. This 5-day course is 50 percent lecture and 50 percent hands-on. (The part number for this course is HE423S; it was formerly SC260.)!

  • Use and administer the interfaces of ServiceCenter.
  • Manage ServiceCenter and ServiceCenter users using administrative tools.
  • Configure the ServiceCenter technical environment.
  • Use various objects related to Change Management.
  • Create customized actions, forms, rules, views, and templates.
