Course Overview This course is targeted for implementation team members and is designed to provide a solid foundation for implementing PeopleSoft Human Resources for an organization. This course focuses on the flexibility that PeopleSoft HRMS has to offer, and provides clients with a solid foundation on which to base their implementation decisions. This course covers information required to implement the HRMS system. Through examples and activities, participants learn about and set up the core human resource system foundation tables. After setting up these tables, students will learn about data permission security, add workers into the system, manually and through the creation of template-based hires, and maintain employment history for their workers.
