Course Overview

You will develop advanced skills in key BPF tasks performed by process solution builders and workflow administrators. You will learn to customize the out-of-the-box FileNet BPF product installation by modifying, recompiling, and deploying code files to meet specific objectives.

  • FileNet employees, partners, and customers:
  • Intending to use the BPF framework to more effectively demonstrate the capabilities of FileNet BPM
  • Needing product architecture information to sell the product and/or support customers
  • Required to support installation of the BPF product
  • Required to provide ongoing maintenance and support to BPF customers

Prerequisites

  • FileNet P8 Platform Administration (Model number F745GB)
  • FileNet BPM Process Design (Model number F487GB)
  • FileNet BPF Foundation (Model number F898GB)
  • Java and Database development skill set
  • Knowledge of PCs and networks
  • Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft SQL Server 2000
