Course Overview When organisations commission new IT systems to support business change the ultimate aim is to improve the business by deriving benefits from the system. Understanding what those benefits should be, ensuring the solution implementation delivers them and ultimately planning how to measure the success of the change are the key issues that this course addresses. Audience - Project Managers, Business Analysts, Business Managers, Service Managers and other key stakeholders involved in benefits management of new systems
- Those who predict expected benefits, those responsible for monitoring the business case through the change and those who ultimately accept the system (UAT) and apply it to deliver the benefits to the business.!
Skills Gained Completion of this course will enable candidates to understand the role of a business case through the project lifecycle from defining the promised set of deliverable benefits, through monitoring a project against the business case and testing the deliverables against them and post-delivery measuring the delivered benefits against the original business case.
