Course Overview

The objective of this course is to give delegates a comprehensive understanding of the 'Managing Successful Programmes' (MSP) philosophy and how it can be applied to live programmes. This course is delivered using the latest MSP manual and syllabus.

Audience

The course is recommended for senior managers with substantial experience in a programme environment. An MSP Foundation and Practitioner examination pass is a pre-requisite for attendance at this event.

Examinations

This course takes place over three days. The Advanced Practitioner exam is taken during the afternoon of day three. Evening consolidation and preparation work is required in order to gain maximum benefit from the course. Residential attendance is recommended.

Prerequisites

An MSP Foundation and Practitioner examination pass is a pre-requisite for attendance at this event.

• In addition delegates will work through case study based exercises, and will be fully prepared for the MSP Advanced Practitioner exam.
