Course Overview

Ignorance of the law is no defence - in some cases breaching health and safety legislation is a criminal offence which can result in imprisonment. Keeping up with legal requirements can be a problem, and the past couple of years have seen a mass of new health and safety regulations.

This course provides delegates with an understanding of current health and safety legislation and how best to manage health and safety effectively in the workplace.

Audience

All staff responsible for, or needing to increase their awareness of health and safety at work.
