Course Overview

The focus is very much on the practical application of the law in the increasingly complex area of employment. The basic legal requirements will be highlighted but then the emphasis will be on how the law is applied in the workplace. Prior knowledge is not assumed but at the end of the day delegates should have a clear understanding of how to make the law work for them as employers.
