Course Overview

Managing your emotions under pressure. Does your temper ever get you into trouble? Do you sometimes rub people up the wrong way? Do you ever waste time through overreacting?

All business is people business. Like it or not, your effectiveness often depends on how people feel about you, and whether or not they support you. Yet, relationships can be fragile. This workshop is designed to help you avoid self-sabotaging those relationships by overreacting and provides an opportunity to develop the steady self-control other people respect and react positively to.

Audience

Anyone, at any level in an organisation, who believes that they are more productive, and that relationships are more effective, when they are in control of themselves (rather than out of control).
