Course Overview
The course will provide an overview of the feature set provided by SharePoint 2003 and a knowledge of strategies and processes for the use of these features. Experience will be provided in the discovery and design process plus the building of a prototype testing environment and a production environment. Standard portal and site level features will be used and dicaussed for both the end users and administrators.
Audience
This course is designed for IT Professionals administrators, developers, designers, Webmasters and managers who need to acquire skills in installing, managing and developing applications and solutions using Sharepoint Services and Sharepoint Server.
Prerequisites
Those attending should have a good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Some programming experience and knowledge particularly in Visual Basic/VB.NET would be an advantage.
