Course Overview Open up a range of ITIL(R) v3 qualifications. Service Management, and in particular ITIL(R), has developed as a discipline over recent years leading to the release of ITIL(R) v3 in early 2007. This introduced a number of additional components and concepts over the previous version increasing its relevance to organisations who deliver or consume services internally and externally. The ITIL(R) Foundation Certificate in Service Management has been a popular, globally recognised qualification to allow holders to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the subject. This course allows holders of a v2 Foundation Certificate to upgrade their knowledge and sit the upgrade exam administered and accredited by ISEB and the APMGroup. Audience This course is for anyone who has an ITIL(R) v2 Foundation qualification who either simply would like to upgrade their certification and knowledge or requires a v3 Foundation certificate as a pre-requisite for further ITIL(R) v3 qualifications.
