Course Overview

The voice is our most potent means of communicating with others. But many people do not know how to use it effectively in a business environment. Your voice can be developed to make sure you get your message across in meetings, negotiations, presentations, conferences and all other aspects of your daily life. You will learn new techniques which will help you bring out the best in your voice and use it with relaxed assurance.
