• You will meet classmates and discuss your aims for becoming more politically adept.

Political Behaviour

• Political behaviour is a consequence of differing values, beliefs and aspirations. Learn what the range of possibilities looks like.

Political Animal

• What "political animal" are you and what does it take to achieve long term political success?

Archetype Model

• What is really important to us; our visions, values and key drivers. Why do you immediately warm to some people whilst others leave you cold?

Leadership Styles

• Know how to maximise your own potential and how to motivate the different archetypes.

Action Plan

• Looking back at your definition of success, you now refine this using your goal statement into a positive statement of fact. You write yourself / draw yourself / send yourself a message to inspire you to put what you have learned into action when you return from the course.
