Course Overview This course is designed for the new AutoCAD / AutoCAD LT user who requires comprehensive training in AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT. It incorporates the features, commands and techniques for creating, editing and printing drawings with AutoCAD 2008 and AutoCAD LT 2008. Hands-on exercises throughout the course explore how to create 2D production drawings. Audience This course is designed for new users of AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT. Skills Gained Completion of this course will give candidates the skill set to work with confidence in AutoCAD 2008 and AutoCAD LT 2008. Students will learn the features, commands and techniques for creating, editing and printing drawings and explore how to create 2D production drawings. Examinations On completion of the course you will be presented with an Autodesk Authorised Training Certificate. Prerequisites No previous CAD experience is necessary. However, drafting, design or engineering experience would be an advantage. It is recommended that delegates have a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows 2000 or Microsoft Windows NT 4.0.
