Course Overview This virtual e-Learning course is taught by an instructor and is designed for installation technicians and customer service representatives responsible for installing and programming the SMB data devices. This course provides some fundamental network training and applies these networking concepts to the SMB data device topologies. This course is intended for the person working with IP converged systems who is not familiar with IP or data networks. This course does not teach the configuration of the BCM50. We will identify the needs of each of the topologies and what configuration needs to take place on each of the devices to create each solution. The use of application sharing software for course delivery will allow for a hand on look at the equipment through the Business Element Manager.
