Course Overview IT staff are often in the situation where they need to present and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Achieving "buy-in" from senior management and customer staff is a crucial element in the success, or otherwise, of a project. Often it is not what you say, but how you say it that influences whether or not people will say, 'Yes' to your ideas.
