Remarks You are invited to bring your own installation's IOCP macros in order to relate them to the topics being covered. This basic class does not cover the new z990 and z890 servers or go into much detail on the different FICON topologies. This is covered in the 1 day ES98GB class (HCD for z/OS. Update for z990 and Ficon) which is normally scheduled immediately after the ES96GB class. It is suggested that anyone new to HCD should attend both classes. Practical Work The teaching sessions are accompanied by a substantial amount of practical work. Follow On Course Advanced HCD Coding for z/OS (ES98GB)
