This course offers the opportunity for you to develop the knowledge and skills required to work with the FileNet Workplace application. The knowledge and skills gained in this course provide the foundation you need to learn the more advanced skills taught in other FileNet P8 courses. In order to practice fundamental content and process-related tasks, you will work with a fully-functioning IBM FileNet P8 system.

Anyone who has not worked with an IBM FileNet P8 system. Everyone who intends to take other FileNet P8 related courses.
