Immersion Training in IBM Maximo 6 (for IT) provides the basic knowledge and skills needed by client teams to implement the Asset Lifecycle, Inventory, Procurement, and Service Desk capabilities of IBM Maximo to maximize revenue generation, improve service availability, mitigate risks, and enhance legal compliance for your organization.

The goal of this course is to provide you with an understanding of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) functionality and to help you understand what IBM Maximo can do for your organization as it relates to the management of IT assets and Service Desk activities.
