This entry level, instructor led classroom training offers technical personnel who are new to Business Availability Center 6.5 (BAC 6.5) the opportunity to develop handson experience in applying the fundamental concepts, principals and methodologies for managing the administration and configuration aspects of this bestinclass enterprise software performance monitoring and service management solution.

Audience

This course is highly recommended for individuals who are responsible for providing operational visibility into the performance and availability aspects of missioncritical applications and their supporting infrastructure. They will learn how to create and configure realtime views of an enterprise applications environment, and proactively manage and monitor it by using digital dashboards, service level agreements (SLAs), and end user management reports.
