Course Overview

An enterprise portal is a corporate gateway to information access and management. Oracle Application Server Portal 10g Release 2 (10.1.4) represents a major step forward in the evolution of Oracle Portal. This Oracle Fusion Middleware product incorporates a portal building framework with self-service publishing features to enable you to create and manage information accessed within your portal. In this course, you use the rich, declarative environment of OracleAS Portal to build your portal. You learn how to create and maintain a document library, build portal pages to display content, and publish and search content using OracleAS Portal. You also learn how to integrate and publish Web applications and disparate data on a portal page.
