Course Overview

There are other courses on the subject of 3G mobile and UMTS - the Universal Mobile Telecommunications Service - however these courses tend to be oriented towards the needs of UMTS equipment manufacturers or the providers of UMTS service. This course is different; it explains UMTS (and HSDPA) from the viewpoint of a user - a well informed and probably corporate user - but nevertheless a service user rather than someone working on the provider's side.
