Course Overview BusinessObjectsTM Set Analysis XI provides you with the ability to track the migration of customers between business segments and better understand how business is changing. This two-day instructor-led classroom course is designed to give you the comprehensive skills and in-depth knowledge needed to include set-based metrics within a corporate dashboard. The business benefit of this course is that you can segment customers, products or other business information to fully understand the main business drivers. The main change in Set Analysis XI R2 is scheduling of set refreshes, which now use the scheduler included in BusinessObjects Enterprise XI R1/R2 platform. A more subtle change is that several analytics - such as Metric List and Metrics Overview - have a sleeker appearance and the workflow to create them has changed very slightly. Overall, the process to create sets, set-based metrics and set-based analytics remains the same, so the content of this course is entirely relevant for Set Analysis XI R1 as well. Audience The target audience for this course is Performance Management designers and power users who create sets and set-based metrics for use in analytics and reports, author analytics and reports based on sets and analyze and interact with sets.
