Course Overview

Upselling is critical if you want to sell more and make more money. This course will give delegates a new attitude towards upselling, and the skills needed to overcome resistance.

Audience

Anyone in a sales role who needs to be able to develop their confidence to handle objections and therefore maximise the sale.
