Course Overview

In this briefing session the history of ITIL is explained leading up to the recent release of ITIL Version 3, The Service Lifecycle. Think service, not just technology! This 2-hour briefing highlights the business benefits of adopting ITIL v3 and discusses the practical issues surrounding its implementation and management.
