Course Overview

This 1 day course introduces the concepts of IT Service Management (ITSM) based on Version 3 of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

The course highlights the key differences from Version 2 and introduces the IT Service Management Lifecycle approach, which provides a set of specialised organisational capabilities for providing value to customers in the form of services.

Audience

All IT staff, system and network administrators, managers and executives who are responsbile for the delivery of IT services in an organisation.
