The IP System Engineering pre-learning for this course is comprised of approximately four hours of self paced e-learning. Collectively the 8 featured topics are designed to provide a solid foundation for the course, covering areas such as an Introduction to Packet Switching, Protocol Suites, IP Addressing, Subnets and CIDR, IP Datagram, UDP, TCP and SCTP, Security and IPv6.

  • Connecting the LAN to the Wan
  • Carrier Ethernet and Next Generation SDH
  • Layer 3 routing
