Course Overview This course illustrates the many factors that can influence organisational, occupational and individual learning and development needs. It provides the knowledge, skills and techniques required to carry out a comprehensive learning and development needs analysis. Audience Training and HR professionals, line managers and anyone who is involved in the process of identifying learning and development needs.
