Course Overview

In order to retain the qualification of 'Registered PRINCE Practitioner', candidates must pass the Re-registration examination every five years (the examination can be taken between three and five years). This examination is a one-hour open book paper. Delegates can only access the PRINCE2 manual during the examination. The examination paper contains a project management scenario about which delegates must answer a number of multi-choice questions.

This course is designed to refresh and update candidates' knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2 method and to remind them of the necessary examination techniques in order to maximise their chance of passing the examination. It concludes with candidates sitting the Re-registration examination. The papers are sent away to be marked by the APMG, and a new certificate is sent to successful candidates. During the course, detailed guidance is given on the completion of the Objective Test Examination paper, helping candidates to concentrate on the key concepts. Advice is given on examination technique and sample questions are worked through, with candidates completing a number of answers. These are reviewed against examination marking schemes. This face to face exam preparation and coaching builds confidence in the candidates to tackle the Re-registration examination itself, and reinforces the linkages between the processes, components and techniques employed by the PRINCE2 method.

This course is fully compliant with the latest version of PRINCE2
