Course Overview This training is designed for personnel who want to understand the scripting enhancements introduced with Contact Centre 6.0. It provides a delta view of the differences between developing scripts using Symposium Call Centre Web Client 4.5 and Contact Centre Manager Administration 6.0. This training assumes that the student is already familiar with how to write scripts for Symposium Call Centre Server. Audience Designed for personnel who want to understand the scripting enhancements introduced with Contact Centre 6.0.
