Course Overview

This special package includes four days of classroom instruction and the Web-based course equivalent.

The Intermediate System Administration for the Solaris 9 Operating Environment (Solaris 9 OE) course provides students with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform essential system administration tasks in the Solaris 9 OE, such as installing software, managing file systems, performing system boot procedures, performing user and security administration. This course is the second of a two-part series that individuals take in preparation for Part I of the Sun Certified System Administration for Solaris examination.
