Course Overview This course is aimed at people who have a working knowledge of Project Management principles, practices, tools and techniques gained from a minimum of one years experience or from a minimum of 23 contact hours of formal project management training. This could include; Project team members and project support staff, Entry-level project management practitioners, undergraduate and graduate students. It will introduce the delegates to the Project Management Institute's (PMIs) project management processes and knowledge areas and prepare delegates to attain CAPM certification via a separate, external examination. It would be expected that delegates who achieve the CAPM qualification will eventually progress to achieve Project Management Professional (PMP) certification when they have accrued sufficient experience.
