Course Overview

Many project managers consider the development of technical skills more important than the softer side of project management. This course focuses on the people side of projects and how successful teams are developed. A major element of the course looks at 3 key areas; communication, stakeholder management and leadership. The need for the management of conflict is explored and the various conflict resolution options reviewed.

Audience

Project managers, project sponsors and team members with an understanding of the key terminology found in a project based environment.
