Course Overview This course helps customers manage WebSphere-related problems more skillfully within their organizations. Students discuss common scenarios that they may face in their daily activities, and learn methodologies and techniques for problem determination, including the use of online IBM support tools to resolve problems. The course also enables students to effectively communicate with IBM support teams in order to identify a problem and find its solution. Topics include problems associated with product installation and maintenance, database connectivity, security configuration, server start and stop failures, J2EE application deployment, Web requests, JVM tuning and memory management, Web services, and default messaging.
