Course Overview

This Revision Day involves delegates being exposed (for the last time in a class room environment with expert tuition) to all of the Service Support and Service Delivery disciplines - reviewing each of them in turn, the processes, inputs, outputs, costs, implementation issues and problems.

Each day will begin with revision in the morning followed by the applicable exam in the afternoon.

Audience

Delegates who wish to take ITIL v2 Manager's Certificate - Service Support Examination and the ITIL v2 Manager's Certificate - Service Delivery Examination.
