Course Overview

Are the terms critical path analysis, free and total slack, lead and lag times like a foreign language to you? Then this course is for you! The day will feature a case study that will demonstrate clearly the concepts behind Microsoft(R) Project and will explain the jargon in a clear and concise manner.

The training will also be beneficial to delegates who review project plans as part of their management role but do not have to produce project plans.

The price includes a course manual on CD, handouts, tip sheets and an attendance certificate for up to six or fourteen delegates. This course is suitable for all versions of Project, from 2000 to 2003.
