Course Overview Systems support personnel who are involved in the installation,upgrade or problem resolution of products maintained using Systems Modification Program (SMP/E)in an OS/390,CICS,IMS,JES or VTAM environment.. Prerequisites A basic knowledge of JCL and OS/390 utilities.Knowledge of VSAM,OS/390,JCL and OS/390 utilities.Whilst attending our OS/390 Introduction, TSO/ISPF Workshop and JCL courses is not essential it would give the ideal background to attend this course.
