Course Overview

Project management involves a challenging interaction of project processes, delivery content, team leadership and management. This two day workshop explores the interactions and processes between Management, Project Managers, Team Leaders and Team Members. Using realistic role-playing scenarios the workshop progresses through the project life cycle from concept through to completion and examines/applies the key project processes at each phase.

Audience

To attend this course, delegates will be part of the governance team (Senior Management, Project and Team Manager) and wish to identify, understand and employ sound leadership skills and techniques on their projects.
