Course Overview This2 day course introduces the concepts of IT Service Management (ITSM) based on Version 3 of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). The course highlights the key differences from Version 2 and introduces the IT Service Management Lifecycle approach, which provides a set of specialized organizational capabilities for providing value to customers in the form of services. Please note that an optional Exam (HE785M) is available at an additional cost of GBP 50.00 (Exclusive of VAT RAIL - Remotely Assisted Instructional Learning. Our instructors use a virtual classrooom to deliver this course - a break of 10-15 minutes is normally taken after each 1 or 2 hour session. Candidates will be able to fully interact, ask questions etc.. The instructor will use slides and a whiteboard to deliver - just like being in a classroom. All you need is a headset and broadband. Audience All IT staff, system and network administrators, managers and executives who are responsible for the delivery of IT services in an organisation.
