Course Overview

Gives an in depth understanding of all the key Six Sigma Tools, enabling participants to successfully lead business and quality improvement projects, leading to hard bottom line savings and real quality improvements. State-of-the-art tools for the application of the DMAIC improvement strategy to projects will be introduced along with hands-on exercises and tutorials to ensure rapid learning and knowledge retention.

Prerequisites

Ideal candidates possess good communicational skills and enjoy working in teams. Green Belts should be results oriented, and a basic understanding of maths is of help as some of the tools include statistical analysis of data.
