Course Overview This endorsed award consists of a linked series of courses covering a range of information and topics essential to any project leader or manager plus a review day during which the outcomes of their learning and experiences are discussed and evaluated in a small group. The award is designed to provide participants with knowledge and skills in project leadership and management practices (and allow those wishing to do so to proceed towards a nationally recognised award, for example the Chartered Management Institute's Diploma in Programme and Project Management at level 4). Skills Gained On successful completion of all of these stages, the participant will be awarded the Certificate in project leadership endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management and may progress, if they wish, on to the Chartered Management Institute's Diploma in Programme and Project Management at level 4
