Course Overview

Develop a framework for a training design based on training need, learning environment and organisational expectations. Produce learning objectives and derive the content to meet them. Design a learning support system to enable the achievement of target workplace competencies. Select and develop appropriate learning methods matching them to content, process and learner needs. Develop the learning event specification, evaluation system and event materials for implementing the completed design. Validate the design, ensuring that key design criteria have been satisfied.
