Course Overview Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the modern science of communication. It uses psychology to understand the process of how we communicate with ourselves and others. What is going on in our own head is a vital ingredient to performance. Most relationships go wrong through conflicting behaviours rather than content. An inability to see things from the other person's point of view will lead to poor results, a feeling of failure and resentment.
