Course Overview

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the modern science of communication. It uses psychology to understand the process of how we communicate with ourselves and others. What is going on in our own head is a vital ingredient to performance. Most relationships go wrong through conflicting behaviours rather than content. An inability to see things from the other person's point of view will lead to poor results, a feeling of failure and resentment. The formula is to change the way you see the world to the other person's perspective and influence them from their view of the world. This empathy, will build relationships and rapport at work to a very high level.
