Course Overview

Facilitation is an extremely powerful way of problem solving through a workshop-style meeting. Its success lies in the facilitator's ability to control and guide the meeting towards its objectives. This requires so much more than the ability to manage meetings. The facilitator needs to understand group dynamics, help clarify whats to be achieved, assist in overcoming obstacles and enable the group to succeed.

If any organisation or team wants to truly engage with its employees or team members, reflect the honest views of all, achieve specific goals or simply problem solve or be creative, having the skills to do that is a must for all managers, team leaders or HR professionals.
