This course is ideal for first line support engineers / System Administrators or any person involved in the day to day running of a Cisco Call Manager phone system who do not require the full 5 day CIPT training course. CCMBA can be taken on its own as a three day course or with the new CUCSA - Cisco Unified Communications System Administration course as part of our five day IP Telephony Basic Administration Package.

Prerequisites

A basic understanding of Networking Components and Microsoft Windows 2000 Server. Knowledge of PBX functionality and operation would be an advantage

This course focuses on using Cisco CallManager and other IP telephony components connected in LAN's and WAN's. Upon completion of this course you will be able to select, connect and configure the various Cisco IP telephony devices to form a complete IPT solution.
