Course Overview

It is also an essential element in managing the risks inherent in change and innovation. PRINCE2 is a comprehensive, structured project management method used extensively by the UK government. It is also widely recognised and used by the private sector, both in the UK and internationally. The method can be applied to all kinds of project including information systems projects.

The course reviews the PRINCE2 project management method and prepares delegates for the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination.

The course fee includes a copy of the PRINCE2 manual and examination fee for the Practitioner exam where indicated.

Audience

Project managers and project team members who hold the foundation certificate in PRINCE2 and now require to upgrade this qualification by becoming a licenced PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Skills Gained

Prepare and take the PRINCE2 Practitioner Examination administered by the Association of Project Managers Group (APMG).

Prerequisites

A Foundation examination pass, preferably gained in the previous six months through classroom-based learning.
