Course Overview This is a 2 day conversion course taking delegates who have already completed the Foundation certificate through to full Practitioner certification. The course includes exam fees. The aim of the course is to take project managers and project team members who hold the foundation certificate in PRINCE2 and now require to upgrade this qualification by becoming a licenced PRINCE2 Practitioner. This course is also suitable for Practitioners certified prior to October 2000 who are required to take the re-registration examination in order to demonstrate their commitment to professional development. This is particularly important following the recent upgrading of the PRINCE2 Manual and its greater focus on Business Case Management of Risk, Auality Assurance and Project Assurance.
