Course Overview

This course will enable you to bring the best out of the people you manage. Based upon sound people management principles, it provides ample opportunity to apply those principles to real life situations and has already helped hundreds of managers to manage their people more effectively. In addition to defining the key functions of management, subjects covered include motivational strategies, team building, delegation and communication.

The programme is intensive and utilises case studies, practical exercises and discussion, both in small groups and with the group as a whole.

Audience

This programme is very popular among managers who have had little or no formal management training, particularly:

  • Newly-appointed managers
