Course Overview

Framework for Business Improvement

A business consists of its processes - its success depends on the effectiveness of those processes. Yet many organisations do not fully understand their processes or how the processes can be improved.

Business process modelling provides an organisation with the opportunity to document, understand, analyse and improve its business processes. This can lead to significant gains in the performance of the business. Moreover, a thorough understanding of business processes is critical to the identification and development of effective systems.

Audience

Senior and line managers, consultants, business analysts and project leaders who are involved in improving the effectiveness of business processes or who wish to ensure that IT applications are built on a firm foundation of effective business processes.
