Project leadership requires a wide range of skills, techniques and approaches if the job is to be handled effectively and projects are to be delivered successfully. This course provides practical training and coaching in the key principles and practices of project team leading as a first step for a career in project management.QA's Project Leading course has gained a reputation for being highly effective and intensive with emphasis on equipping delegates to undertake all of the responsibilities of project leadership. The primary message is that good Project Leaders 'make a difference'. This is an interactive five-day course with a combination of lectures, workshops and case study work.
