Course Overview

Negotiation - whether with colleagues or with external suppliers, can be a positive and informative experience, leading both parties to a greater understanding of each other's needs. It can however, at its worst, be a frustrating and unnecessarily confrontational experience

This course is intended to de-mystify the process, and enable participants to carry out negotiations in a planned and profitable way.

Audience

All managers, team leaders and specialist staff who negotiate with suppliers, clients and colleagues both inside and outside their organisation. The course is particularly useful for those new to commercial negotiations and for those whose job performance is measured by successful outcomes and exit strategies.
